These Terms govern the use of Indexer Monitor, an SEO tool suite published by Aymane Limam. By using the service, you accept these terms.
The free analysis tool is publicly accessible (with a daily usage limit). The full dashboard is reserved for authorized beta testers. Access may be suspended or modified at any time during the beta phase.
Dashboard access is via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your Google account confidential and for activities carried out through it.
You agree to use the service only for websites you are authorized to analyze, and not to attempt to bypass limits, overload the infrastructure, or harm the service.
The service, its brand and code remain the property of Aymane Limam. The data and reports you generate belong to you.
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or accuracy. Aymane Limam cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the service or the unavailability of third-party APIs, which are governed by their own terms (see the Google APIs Terms of Service).
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your local data. We may revoke beta access in case of breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Casablanca, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of EU consumers.
